The prices are to be considered per person and per day.
Local tax not included – Euro 3,50 per person per day (over 14 years)
Our offers are always made according to the current booking status. They are therefore non-binding and without option. A booking is only considered binding once you have received a reservation confirmation from us and have paid a deposit.
Discount for children sharing the room with parents
0-2 years: fix price of € 15,00 per day
3-4 years: fix price of € 35,00 per day
5-8 years: 50 %
9-10 years: 30 %
Pets:
- We charge € 35 per day (food not included) for your four-legged friend.
- We accept a maximum of 1 dog in every room
- It is not allowed to let the pet free in the room all alone
- Pets are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area, swimming pool and the sun terrace by the outdoor pool
Payment: Please take note that we accept bank transfer only if it is made at least 5 working days before departure.
Check in: rooms are available from 2.00 p.m.
Check out: rooms are at your disposal until 11.00 a.m.
Cancellations:
- 5 weeks up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival the cancellation fee is 40 % of the cost of the booking
- 3 weeks to 1 week 70 %
- within the last week 90 %
- ate arrival or early departure 100 %
Services / meals not used cannot be refunded.
Trip cancellation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be belayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, whith which you are covered by the Europäische Reiserversicherung’s travel insurance.
